Evolution Chamber: Starcraft 2 build order optimizer in JAVA

I found a Starcraft 2 AI project hosted via Google code called Evolution Chamber. Its coded in java and you can find it here:

I wonder if this software is more revolutionary then the already nice AI from Blizzard. Here is a link with some more information if your interested:

I read an article where there are people who were making AI scripts for Starcraft 2 to compete against another team who made their own AI. It’s sort of like making the best Chess AI program to VS each other except it was for Starcraft 2 and MUCH more fun to watch. I didn’t save the link though and I can’t seem to find it again.
